Netizen says homeless lady in a viral post might be her missing aunt

A netizen is hoping that the homeless woman captured hugging an ABS-CBN reporter is her long-lost aunt.

On Facebook, Patricia Pangilinan Macaldo shared old photos of her aunt Nena Liboon Pangilinan who has been missing since 2008.

Patricia said her family has been trying to look for her aunt.

Si lola bago pumanaw, alam kong gustong-gusto ka niyang makita,” she said.

She also called on netizens to give her family a heads up if they see the lady she believes is her aunt.

“Kung sino man po may alam or nakakita sa kaniya, please po PM n’yo po kami. Sobrang miss na namin ang tita namin. Halos mahigit isang dekada na siyang nawawala. Please po, sana makita na namin siya. Ramdam ko ikaw na talaga ‘yan.”

Facebook users commented that they indeed see a resemblance between the lady and Patricia’s aunt.

Meanwhile, because of social media there are netizens who have posted photos of the woman in the hope that she is the one being sought by the family of Macaldo.

A certain Jhoi Jhoi have shared a photo of her as he relays that “As of now nandito siya sa min sa Greenhills Parañaque.”
