Comedienne Pokwang shared the light moment she shared with Andrew E. when they bumped into each other while in Boracay.

In an Instagram post, Pokwang said she chanced upon Andew E. and his family while dining in a restaurant in Boracay.
“Sa bandang huli, respect. Dito sa @twoseasonsphilippines naganap ang mapayapang gabi with @andrewedongalo. Nagkataon, nagkita kasama ang mga pamilya,” she said.
Pokwang endorsed the candidacy of Vice President Leni Robredo and Sen. Kiko Pangilinan, while Andrew E. supported former Sen. Bongbong Marcos and Davao City Mayor Sara Duterte. Both Pokwang and Andrew played an active part in their bets’ campaign.
Pokwang graced VP Leni and Sen. Kiko’s campaign rallies and even joined house-to-house efforts, while Andrew is behind the famous chant of the BBM-Sara tandem.

Netizens said they salute the two for being respectful of each other despite their differing views on politics.
“Let it be a good example to others. Magkababayan pa rin tayo in the end. Let’s just all pray for a better Philippines,” one Instagram user commented.
“Dapat ganyan naman talaga. Unity and respect are very important. Thank you, mama @pokwang,” another user said.

Pokwang said in another tweet that she met other ‘Kakampinks’ while in Boracay. Some are still sad because of the results, but they are already moving on and preparing for the launch of Angat Buhay as a non-government organization.
