Nag-post sa Instagram si Carla Abellana kaugnay sa pagpo-promote niya ng kanyang condo unit na matatagpuan sa ‘The Grove by Rockwell’ sa Pasig.
“My condo unit at The Grove by Rockwell is still available for sale/lease! It is now below market value!” aniya.
Sinabi niya na ang presyo ng condo ay binawasan niya, kaya ang asking price sa unit ay nabawasan na ng P2M.
Sa video clip at sa mga larawang ipinost niya, makikita na talagang furnished ang unit. Masuwerte ang makabibili nito dahil lahat ng nasa loob ay kasama sa presyo. Tinawag pa niya ito bilang excessively furnished.
“And yes, everything you see inside the condo unit comes inclusive. It’s fully (and excessively) furnished! If they’re not your type, then go ahead and sell them to make money! It’s totally up to you.”
Dahil napakahalaga ng parking space, wala nang magiging problema ang bibili ng kanyang unit, dahil kasama na rito ang parking, na mahigit P1M ang halaga.
“Of course parking (which alone costs more than 1M!) is included in the asking price already.”

Matatandaang binasag ng aktres ang kaniyang katahimikan tungkol sa pag-‘unfollow’ nila ng asawang si Tom Rodriguez sa isa’t isa sa Instagram.
Sa kanyang Instagram, ito ang naging ugat ng usapang maaaring nagkaroon ng problema ang bagong kasal.
