Actress Kiray Celis once again surprised her mom with cash during her birthday celebration.
In an Instagram post, Kiray shared that she pranked her mother Meriam; saying that she has no gift for her this year.
“May binigay na kasi siya sa akin,” Kiray’s mother explained.
But when she pulled the decoration on top of her cake, she was surprised to see P57k in cash.
“Last year, 56 ka so 56k. Ngayon, 57 ka, 57 thousand pesos na. Ma, every year na ba to? Kasi sa July 63 naman si papa. So paano na ako? HAHAHAHAHAHAHA! Happy happy birthday mama!” Kiray said in an Instagram post.
In a separate post, Kiray said she wants her mom to feel that every day is her birthday.
“Gusto ko araw araw mong maramdaman na birthday mo. Gusto ko lagi kang masaya. Gusto kong ibigay lahat ng gusto mo. Gusto kong gawin lahat ng sasabihin mo. Mahal na mahal kita mama. Salamat sa lahat. Okay tama na. Habang tinatype ko to, super iyak na akis!” she said.
Last year, Kiray also gifted her mother with cash; saying that the pandemic made her realize how important it is to make her parents feel loved.
“Minsan na rin akong naging pasaway na anak.. pero dahil na rin sa pandemyang ito. Ang dami kong narealized na kailangan ko palang bumawi sa mga magulang ko. At dahil gusto ko, masaya ka sa kaarawan mo.. eto ang ang para sayo mama. Dahil 56 years old ka na, 6k sa lumilipad na lobo from @balloonsatwork_ph At 50k sa money lechon pulling from @chaistastylechon,” Kiray said.
