Sa kanyang Instagram post ay nagbahagi si LJ Reyes ng ilang nakai-inspire na salita sa mga taong may pinagdadaanan, lalo na sa mga taong nalulungkot.
“No matter where you are in life, there would be people who would pull you down to the ground,” panimula niya.
Ipinaalala din ng aktres sa lahat na ang ating sarili ay maaaring maging pinakadakilang bayani. Ayon kay LJ, kahit kailanganin ng isang tao na paalalahanan ang kanyang sarili araw-araw, ayos lang iyon at magpatuloy lamang sa pagbangon.

Sa Instagram post ay ibinahagi niya ang ilan niyang mga larawan kalakip ang mensahe kaugnay sa self-love.
Ayon kay LJ, nakatanggap siya ng mga mensahe mula sa mga taong nakaranas din ng mga karanasan niya.
“On my journey to finding a better version of myself! It’s not easy at all. Definitely not. Self-care/self-love is a bit thin when you have two other lives depending on you. (But of course I wouldn’t have it any other way!) Along the way, I have received messages and talked to people with similar experience or even those with a different one but took all their might and faith to rebuild.”
