Hindi naiwasang magbalik-tanaw ni Marjorie Barretto, 47, sa kanyang pagiging ina; mula sa pagiging “a young artista to a mother of five” kung saan ibinahagi ng celebrity mom sa kaniyang Instagram ang ilang throwback photos na kuha niya kasama ang kanyang panganay na si Dani.
“A mother’s journey has many turns, ups and downs, and even dead ends! My journey from being a young artista to a mother of five has been long and not easy,” pagsisimula niya.
Ayon kay Marjorie, ginawa niya ang kanyang makakaya bilang isang babae kahit dumaan siya sa mahirap na journey ng kaniyang buhay.
“But I did what I do best as a woman and I powered through it. Looking at my children now, I can really say that although my journey is hard, it is possible to raise such a wonderful family. And that is what I wanted to impart to my children – the value of being strong yet remaining to be gentle,” aniya.
Nagkuwento rin siya tungkol sa kanyang panganay na si Dani, na nagsabing dumaan din sa napakaraming pagbabago sa nakalipas na ilang taon.
“Like me, my eldest, Dani, went through a lot of changes these past few years. From being my baby, she is now a mom of my beautiful Millie girl, and a successful businesswoman.
