Naglabas ng announcement ang Miss World Organization hinggil sa bagong schedule ng finale ng pageant at petsa ng gabi ng koronasyon.
Magkakaroon din daw iyon ng live global telecast mula sa Puerto Rico coliseum Jose Miguel Agrelot.

“The Miss World Organization is pleased to announce March 16, 2022, as the rescheduled date for the Miss World 2021 global telecast and its 70th anniversary finale live from the Puerto Rico Coliseum Jose Miguel Agrelot!” bahagi ng anunsyo ng organisasyon.
Sinabi pa nito na sa coronation night, ang pre-recorded content ng magagandang lugar sa Puerto Rico ay mapapanood ng buong mundo.
“The filming in Puerto Rico has been exceptional -we have spectacular content to share with the world,” masayang pahayag ni Julia Morley, ang president ng Miss World Ltd.
Matatandaang pansamantalang ipinagpaliban ang Miss World pageant finale at coronation night dahil sa banta ng covid. Ilang kandidata ang nagpositibo sa virus. Safe naman ang pambato ng Pilipinas na si Tracy Maureen Perez.
Nakatakda sanang maganap ang coronation noong Biyernes, December 17, sa San Juan, Puerto Rico.
“After meeting with the virologists and medical experts hired to oversee the Miss World 2021 event and discussing with the Puerto Rico Health Department, the decision has been made by the organizers of the event to postpone the globally broadcast finale at the Puerto Rico Coliseum Jose Miguel Agrelot to be held within the next 90 days,” saad sa press release ng organisasyon kamakailan lang.

Ayon pa kay Julia Morley, ang detalye ng Miss World Final Show ay ihahayag nito sa mga susunod na araw.
Ang mga ticket na nabili ay maaari pa namang magamit sa Marso.
