Tinalo ni Miss India ang 79 pang kandidato mula sa iba’t-ibang bansa sa ginanap na coronation night nitong Lunes, Disyembre 13, 2021 sa Eilat, Israel.

Nakapasok sa Top 5 sina Miss India, Miss South Africa, Miss Paraguay, Miss Colombia at ang huling tinawag na si Miss Philippines.
Dito ay tinanong si Miss PH ni Miss Universe 2016 Iris Mittenaere: “Given the ever-changing COVID situation, what is your opinion of mandating a universal vaccine passport?”
Sagot naman ni Beatrice, “I believe that public health is everyone’s responsibility, and to mandate vaccine inoculation is necessary. If mandating vaccine passports would help us in regulating the rollouts of the vaccine, and mitigate the situation of the pandemic today, then I would agree on mandating the necessary passport of vaccination.”

Ang tanong naman kay Miss India ay: “Many people think climate change is a hoax. What would you do to convince them otherwise?”
“Honestly, my heart breaks to see how nature is going through a lot of problems and to all irresponsible behavior. And I totally feel that this is the time to take actions and talk less because each action could either kill or save nature. Prevent and protect is better than repent and repair and this is what I’m trying to convince you guys today,” sagot naman ni Sandhu.

Subalit bigong makapasok sa Top 3 si Miss Philippines at ang napiling umabante ay sina Miss India, Miss Paraguay at Miss South Africa.
Ang naging tanong kay Sandhu at sa dalawa pang kandidata sa Top 3 Q & A ay: “What advice would you give to young women watching on how to deal with the pressures they face today?”
“Well, I think the biggest pressure the youth is facing today is to believe in themselves…Let’s stop comparing yourselves to others and let’s talk about more important things that are happening worldwide. I think this the thing you need to do for yourself — come out, because you are the hero of your own. You have a life of your own. I believed in myself and that’s why I’m standing here today,” ang sagot ni Miss India.

Wagi rin bilang First Runner-up si Miss Paraguay Nadia Ferreira, habang Second Runner-up si Miss South Africa Lalela Lali Mswan.
Bukod sa pagiging public administrator, isa ring modelo at aktres si Harnaaz Sandhu, na siyang pangatlong Miss India na nag-uwi ng Miss Universe crown sa kasaysayan ng pageant.
