If you have played the ‘Bring Me’ game before with a keen eye on the prize, then you’ll probably sympathize with this man.
The guy, whom netizens very briefly mistook for a thief, is actually a Sampaloc resident desperate to win the prize of a fiesta game or ‘palaro’.

A CCTV footage from a barangay in Sampaloc, Manila caught this man running off with a washing machine and anyone who watched the video thought he was stealing.
Curiously, however, no one tried to stopped him as he sprinted through the alley. Some residents can even be seen cheering him and coaxing the man to run faster.
After running a short distance, the man stopped and placed the washing machine down on the street in front of a house as if he had just successfully accomplished an impossible mission, which he did.

Barangay chairman King Ancheta of Barangay 446 explained they were actually playing the ‘Bring Me’ challenge as part of their ‘palaro’ for the fiesta celebration.
Each of the household were allowed one member to participate in the game which was being monitored on their CCTV in line with the existing COVID protocol.
He then posted the CCTV footage on Tiktok just for fun.

“When you organize a game for the fiesta and are surprised to see [the winner] is stronger than the Hulk!” the caption said.
Anyway, the man was declared the winner and received the P500 prize. He then split the prize with his neighbor who lent him the washing machine.
