“I think half of high school life I was also working already. I remember my first and second year I was there physically for high school. I consider those years also very important formative years,” pagbabahagi ni Julia sa ulat ng Push.
“Kumbaga, parang ‘yon ‘yong years na unti-unti binubuo ka bilang tao at bilang dalaga. If I had insecurities or if I was trying to figure myself out in high school, I mean everybody goes through that and I did experience that myself. And I think that’s normal. But I had a good high school experience and I loved high school so much kasi totoo yung sinasabi nila na high school friends are forever and all my high school friends up to this day are still my friends and I still keep in touch with them. It’s one of my favorite years in my life,” pagpapatuloy niya.
“Siguro ang highlight ng high school years ko is when I graduated. Kasi I remember ‘yon lang ‘yong rule sa akin ni Mommy for me to fully be in show business, her only request was makatapos lang ako ng high school. So I think that was such an important moment for me and for my mom that we shared together kasi natupad ko yung pangarap niya for me,” aniya.

“Up until now that’s still something that I wish to do. Education is such a valuable thing. You’re lucky enough and blessed enough if you have it. If you have it, keep it. Isagad mo na ‘yan. You enjoy the opportunity because not everybody gets to have that opportunity. Even I don’t have the time for that right now and I wish I did,” pagpapatuloy niya.
