Angeli Valenciano thanked those who bashed her son for his viral chant for presidentiable Vice President Leni Robredo and vice presidentiable Sen. Kiko Pangilinan as it has now been produced into a video.
“Thanks to all those who bashed @gabvalenciano. So the youth movement behind #TeamLeniKiko just kept inspiring him and he just kept doing what he needed to do! Here’s the video they produced for him. We didn’t even know they would do it!” she said in a Twitter post.
Angeli earlier called out netizens for bashing her son; saying that it took some time for Gab to recover from his mental breakdown.
“To trolls and insensitive netizens who are bashing my son @gabvalenciano for believing in the #LeniKiko tandem. It took years for him to bounce back from his mental breakdown some years back so I am warning you to please STOP YOUR CYBER BULLYING and bashing our son. God bless you,” she said in a tweet.

Her husband Gary Valenciano retweeted this and said that he is standing with her in that call.
“I stand with you in this hon. And son? No matter how much you’ve been bashed…rain or shine you also have inspired countless with your stand. Continue to reflect the character of those you stand for and let the bashers reflect theirs. I love you so much.”
Gary has joined Gab in doing his chant during VP Leni’s birthday rally in Pasay.
Gab’s chant “Ang Presidente Bise Presidente” was recently released on Spotify.
