Despite having little knowledge of how the real world goes, sometimes, the best people to give you a piece of advice are innocent children.
On Facebook, Marriage uploaded a photo of a child’s answer to the question, “How would you make a marriage work?” The child’s advice was, “Tell your wife she looks pretty, even if she looks like a dump truck.”
A lot of social media users were both amazed and touched by the child’s advice to married couples.
“This is so my husband. He always tells me that I’m beautiful. Even when I know I look awful,” S. F. Caywood wrote and many could relate to this.
“This is hilarious. I have to brag on my husband here. I feel like the days I look and feel the w0rst are the days he tells me I’m most beautiful,” shared C. Dickens, and we’re left thinking that perhaps it’s because those days are when she most needs a lift?
“My man! Total genius. Someone get this man a scholarship! He is going places,” said R. Sanchez-Mckenzie; to which we have to admit, too, that the child seems smart.
“This kid should be a marriage counselor. That is some really good advice,” commented D. L. Marquez.
A number of social media users also tagged their husbands and thanked them for always seeing the beauty in them.
Some, on the other hand, believe that they should hear the truth from their spouses, no matter how unpleasant the reality can be, so they can grow from their weaknesses and shortcomings.
As of posting, the photo already has nearly 10,000 reactions and more than 17,000 shares. There are over 1,700 comments and counting, as well.
